DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Method
All patterns are digital files (PDF) sent directly to the email address you provide at checkout.

Delivery Timeline
Since this is a custom-made product, delivery happens in two stages:
1. Preview Stage: You will receive an illustrated preview of your design within 24 hours of submitting your pet's photos.
2. Final Delivery: Once you approve the preview, your final detailed crochet pattern will be emailed to you within 24-72 hours.
