Digital products

Is this a physical product?

No. Everything we sell is a digital PDF crochet pattern.
Nothing is shipped. No finished plush is included.

How do I download my files?

  • Ready-to-download patterns: You’ll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. You can also access downloads from your account.

  • Custom made-to-order patterns: Not instant. We deliver your PDF after preview approval (see Custom FAQ below).

Can I get a refund?

Because these are digital products, refunds are limited:

  • Instant-download PDFs: refunds are not available after download.

  • Custom orders: if work has not started, contact us quickly. Once a preview has been created/delivered, refunds are not available.
    If something is wrong with your file, message us—we’ll fix it.

Custom photo-to-pattern orders

How does a custom order work?

  1. Place your order

  2. Send your photos + details

  3. We create a preview

  4. You request small tweaks (if needed)

  5. After approval, we deliver the final PDF pattern

What do you need from me?

For best accuracy, send:

  • 4 clear photos: front / back / left / right (daylight)

  • Optional close-ups: face, markings, eyes/nose

  • Pattern language: EN / FR / DE / ES

  • Crochet terms: US / UK / FR / DE / ES

  • Must-have details (markings, accessories, special features)

How long does it take?

  • Preview: usually within 24–48 hours after we receive complete info

  • Final PDF: delivered 24–48 hours after approval
    (Approve faster = receive faster.)

How many revisions are included?

Small tweaks during the preview stage are included (markings placement, ear shape, minor details).
Major redesigns after approval aren’t included.

What skill level is needed?

It depends on the design and markings:

  • Simple pets/designs can be more beginner-friendly

  • Detailed markings/accessories may be intermediate
    We keep it as simple as possible without losing the look.

Can you make any animal or idea?

Yes—cats, dogs, bunnies, birds, and more.
For very complex designs, we’ll confirm timing before we start.

Do you recreate copyrighted characters?

No. We don’t replicate copyrighted/trademarked characters, logos, or branded designs.

Licensing & usage

Can I sell finished items I make from your patterns?

Yes. You may sell finished items you crochet from our patterns in small quantities.

Can I share, copy, or redistribute the PDF?

No. You may not resell, share, copy, or redistribute the PDF or its contents.

Custom commercial/resale license (if offered)

If you purchased a custom product that includes a commercial/resale license, you may use it commercially under the license rules shown on that product page.

I didn’t receive my download email
