REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOM DIGITAL PRODUCTS

No Physical Item Shipped
First, please note that all our products are digital PDF patterns delivered via email. No physical doll, yarn, or kit will be shipped to your address.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work (drawn and designed specifically for your pet), we have a strict refund policy:

1. Before Design Work Begins: If you request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase or before we have started your illustration, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
2. During the Preview Stage: We offer unlimited revisions on your design preview to ensure you are happy. If you are unsatisfied with the preview and do not wish to proceed, we may offer a partial refund to cover the design time already invested.
3. After Final PDF Delivery: Once the final PDF pattern has been sent to your email, no refunds are possible as the digital file cannot be "returned."
